I. Preparation for construction1. Civil engineering handover and acceptanceCheck that the civil construction has been installed, and handle the handover visa.

2. Unpack and check the equipment

Equipment unpacking should be attended by material companies, power plants, manufacturers and electrical professionals.

3, processing and installation of pad iron and roller

(1) With the thickness of 0.5mm ~ 2mm iron plate production pad

5. Preparation of power distribution room

① Clean the ground of the distribution room

(2) According to the drawing with ink line out of each column of cabinet line and end line.

 

(1) Power distribution room doors, Windows, walls, decorative shed should be completed, the ground should be smooth.The foundation steel installation is firm and reliable, and the experience is qualified.① The equipment model and quantity meet the requirements of the drawings.

② The equipment is in good condition without damage, and the accessories and spare parts are complete and complete.

③ The ex-factory technical data is complete.

The size of pad iron is about 40mm×50mm, and the number should meet the construction requirements.

Prepare eight 1500mm φ50 steel tubes.

① The transport road should be flat and free from obstacles.

② The hoisting port should meet the requirements of the size of the cabinet.

There shall be no welding slag, cement and other sundries that hinder the installation of cabinet body on the base steel.

The end line of the four rows of the cabinet should be played at the same time.

(2) The black line is clear and there is no gouge. Use a 30M steel measuring tape to verify that the line is consistent with the requirements in the drawing.

Two, switch cabinet transportation, lifting1. After the switch cabinet is transported to the site, it shall be hoisted to the distribution room according to the installation sequence.

2. When the switch trolley and the switch cabinet come together, the trolley should be moved out and put in a position that does not hinder the construction.

3. Move the switch cabinet to the installation position with a special trailer or roller.

(1) In the process of transportation, the vehicle driving should be stable, the sealing car is firm and reliable, and the equipment can not be damaged.

(2) The hoisting is coordinated by the lifting industry and unified command.

① Use special transport hand car to move the switch car.

② The switch trolley is placed centrally and covered with plastic cloth for protection.

Switch cabinets shall be placed in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.

3. The switch cabinet is aligned and fixed1. Move the first plate at the end of the switchgear with a small roller and crowbar, so that the cabinet edge is completely coincident with the ink line.Again with the line drop measurement of its verticality, does not meet the specification requirements, in the cabinet bottom four corners add pad iron whole, after reaching the requirements, the cabinet body and the foundation steel welding fixed.2. Use the same method above to straighten the end cabinet of this column, but do not weld firmly first, pull the line in front of the middle and upper part of the first and last two cabinets, so that the distance between the line and the cabinet is about 4-5cm, and take the line as the benchmark to straighten the column cabinet.

3, from the second side of the cabinet, each side of the cabinet in turn to find straight, and the side connection and fixed, finally remove the rope, the end of the cabinet to find the right, connected and fixed.

4. Align and fix the second to fourth rows of cabinets with the above method.

(1) Cabinet verticality ≤ 1.5/1000h,H is the height of the cabinet.

(2) The length of the welding seam at the bottom of the cabinet is 20 ~ 40mm.

The line is strictly forbidden to touch, once touched, must be re-verified.

(2) the levelness error of the top of the adjacent two cabinets is less than or equal to 1.5mm, and the levelness error of the top of the row cabinet is less than or equal to 4mm.

(3) The adjacent two cabinet edge roughness should be 0, into a row of cabinet surface roughness ≤4mm.

(4) The joint gap between cabinets is less than or equal to 1.5mm.

(5)All fasteners are galvanized, and the length of bolt exposure buckle is the same, between 2-5 buckle.

The busbar production process meets the standard inspection and specification requirements.

② The phase sequence of bus is clearly marked.

① The force should be uniform, consistent and gentle.

② The bus overlapped surface is dipped in alcohol with a white cloth to wipe clean, and evenly smear the electric compound grease.

(1) All fastening bolts must be galvanized. Flat washers and spring washers are complete.

(2) Tightening torque with torque wrench inspection should be within the scope of specification requirements.

The distance of 6kV bus to ground and between phases should be greater than 100mm.

Five. cabinet grounding inspection

(1)The cabinet is reliably connected with the base channel steel.

(2) The grounding bolt on the door is connected reliably with the cabinet body by the soft conductor which is equipped with the electrical appliance to open the door.

6. Check the mechanical parts of switchgear1, switch cabinet appearance inspection2, in and out of the car to check the mechanical action and locking, grounding knife check and action and locking. ① No paint removal and rust on the cabinet surface

② All fastening bolts are complete, intact, and secured.

③ The cabinet is fully equipped with lighting devices.

(1) The gap between the trolley roller and the track is uniform, and the trolley is easy to push and pull without swinging.

(2) The safety isolation board is flexible in opening and closing, without clamping.

(3) The trolley and the grounding tool are correct, the grounding tool is flexible, and the instruction is correct.

7. Check the electrical components of switch cabinet1. Check the close contact of various electrical contacts, and the on-off sequence is positive Indeed.2. Check the distance between the live part and the ground.

3. Check whether the secondary wiring is correct and whether the component configuration meets the design requirements according to the construction drawing.

Apply red conductive grease to the contacts. Check the contact indentation. The indentation should be clear and uniform.

① A partial distance to the ground ≥100mm.

(2) The distance of the second part to the ground is greater than or equal to 4mm.

Use a multimeter or test light to check that the cables are correctly connected.

② The component configuration meets the design requirements.

Construction preparation

①Damage the equipment during unpacking inspection.②Pin the feet with nails on the equipment packing box. ①When the equipment is unpacked, the action should be gentle and it is strictly forbidden to touch the equipment with the crowbar.

Enclosure transportation

①The equipment shall be protected from damage during transportation.

②When the equipment is moving, people are crushed or smashed their feet.

③Damage the equipment during the hoisting process.

① During transportation, use brown rope to seal the car firmly and reliably, and put rubber or straw mat on the bottom of the tray.

② When the cabinet needs to be moved, manpower should be sufficient and unified command.

③The lifting rigging and wire rope must be inspected and qualified, and the lifting shall be directed by a qualified crane worker.

Panel installation

① The holes on the site cause personnel to fall.

② Falling from a high place during roof construction.

③ Personnel burns and fire accidents during electric welding construction.

① Temporary fences and warning signs should be added to the cover plates that need to be uncovered on site. The construction personnel should pay attention to the holes on the site, and they must be restored and covered immediately after completion.

②Pan roof construction personnel should wear safety belts correctly.

③Personal protection should be done during electric welding construction, asbestos cloth should be added to separate the places close to the wires and cables, and fire extinguishing equipment should be provided on site.

④ The construction power supply should be correctly wired by a qualified electrician, and the insulation inspection should be done before the power tool is used.

Bus installation

① People are injured when the bus is threaded.

② When tightening the bolts, it hurts the arm.

①Sufficient manpower for bus connection, unified command, uniform and gentle force, and protective gloves.

②The force of the firm bolts should be even, and protective gloves should be worn.

Check the mechanical part of the switchgear

Mechanical device action hurts people

①Familiar with the mechanical performance of the switch cabinet and master the operating procedures.

② Check that all fasteners have been tightened and there is no looseness.

Six, safety precautions

1. When entering the construction site, wear the safety helmet correctly. It is strictly prohibited to enter the construction site after drinking.

2. When transporting the switchgear, palm rope should be used to seal the car reliably. It is strictly prohibited for people and goods to be in the same car.

3. When lifting the switch cabinet, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the lifting object.

4, do a good job in the construction of personal protection, do “three no harm”.

5. After the installation of the cabinet, the power distribution room should be closed and locked.

6, no ruler matters, strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “safety” implementation.

Seven, environmental protection matters needing attention

1. After dismantling the packing cases of the panning cabinets, they should be cleaned in time and recycled by the leasing company.

2. The electrode head should be collected at any time in the construction process. After the electrode is used, the electrode head should be checked and then the new electrode should be obtained.The electrode head should be returned to the material company.

3. When painting anticorrosion, plastic cloth should be laid to prevent paint from falling on the ground.Plastic sheets stained with paint, abandoned paint buckets, brushes and other hazardous solid wastes shall be collected and delivered to the hazardous solid waste site of the company.

4, welding construction, gloves and protective cover should be worn to prevent radiation damage and burns.

5, each construction is completed, the construction site garbage is removed, and collected to the non-recyclable solid waste box, to achieve “work, materials, site clean”.

6. Pay attention to the control of energy consumption during the construction process, and stop the construction power supply in time after each construction.

7. After the installation of the tray, it should be covered with plastic cloth to prevent secondary pollution.
