The organizational structure of the high-voltage copper contact arm consists of several key components. There are multiple layers of copper conductors surrounding the core, arranged in a specific pattern. These conductors are responsible for carrying high currents and transmitting electricity.

To ensure optimal electrical conductivity and durability, copper conductors are typically made from high-purity copper, which has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Additionally, insulating material can be applied to the outer surface of the contact arms to prevent any leakage or short circuits. The entire structure is then encapsulated within a protective shell that provides mechanical protection and insulation. This combination of iron core, conductor, insulator and shell forms the overall organizational structure of the high-voltage copper contact arm, achieving efficient transmission and safe operation of power.
