1. The working principle

2. Usage method

 

①The heat shrink tube needs to be heated in the process of use, and special heating tools, such as industrial heat gun and industrial oven, are required for the proficiency of the operator.

②The cold shrink tube does not need to be frozen in the process of use, nor does it need to use a third party tool. It is very simple to use. It only needs to pull off the support ring to remove the support force, and it can automatically shrink.

 

3. Main usage

①The material of the heat shrink tube is divided into PVC, PE, PVDF, Teflon, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber and other main materials. The heat shrink tube of different materials can be selected according to its use. The inner diameter of the specification is also more, ranging from the smallest heat shrink tube specification 0.5mm to 200mm. The use of the field is also very wide, more methods, electronic appliances, aerospace, automotive and other fields will be inseparable from the use of heat shrink tube.

②The material of the cold shrinkable tube is relatively simple, generally based on EPDM, and the minimum specification is also starting with an inner diameter of 20mm, so the applicability will be poor. It is generally used in places where heat sources cannot appear, and where it is not convenient to use third-party tools, and is usually used in communication and other fields.

③From the market audience, the heat shrinkable tube is better than the cold shrinkable tube, because the heat shrinkable tube model specifications are more, the choice is better.

④In terms of price, the heat shrinkable tube must be an absolute advantage. The heat shrinkable tube technology is more mature, the production difficulty is lower, the raw material cost is lower, so the price is cheaper.
