Raw material selection is the foundation of quality. Anhuang adheres to the principle of “no raw materials will be admitted if they are not of high quality”, and core materials such as silicone rubber, conductive materials, and metal accessories all come from leading suppliers in the industry. Each batch undergoes full-item incoming inspection by IQC. High-anti-tear and flame-retardant silicone rubber ensures insulation and weather resistance; high-purity conductive materials eliminate defects; high-quality metal accessories ensure secure connection. This way, quality risks are completely eliminated from the source.
Precision molding is the core step. In the automated dust-free workshop, liquid glue injection machines achieve one-time injection molding of the inner conductive layer, main insulation layer, and outer conductive layer. Digital control of temperature, pressure, and humidity ensures the close adhesion of the three layers and no bubble residue. The unique stress cone structure is formed in one step, effectively solving the problem of electric field stress concentration. Secondary curing further strengthens the product’s anti-aging and anti-tear performance.
Fine processing and strict quality inspection are carried out at each stage. Workers complete edge trimming and assembly with millimeter-level precision, and conduct individual checks on key dimensions; the entire process quality inspection system covers raw material sampling, process inspection, and full product inspection, passing tests such as pressure resistance, local discharge, and sealing performance. Non-conforming products are destroyed, adhering to the commitment of zero defect delivery.
Qualified products are cleaned, packaged for moisture and shock protection, and labeled with clear information before being orderly stored in the warehouse. The factory relies on digital control to scientifically schedule production and efficiently prepare inventory, ensuring on-time delivery.
