General Introduction:
The contact box is made of epoxy resin, which is used for all kinds of handcart switch cabinets and plays the role of insulation isolation and connection transition.The distance of installation center is 250mm, suitable for rated voltage 10KV, current 2500A~3150A.The temperature rise of the outlet end of the contact box shall not exceed 65ºC under the rated current and long-term operation.
Conditions of Use:
| 1. Altitude shall not exceed 1000M; |
| 2. Ambient air temperature +40ºC~10ºC; |
| 3. When the air temperature is +20ºC, the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%; |
| 4. Places without gas, steam, dust and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect the insulation of contact box. |
Technical data and requirements:
1. The contact box should be able to withstand the experimental power frequency voltage (validity) 42KV, lasting for 5 minutes, lightning impact (peak)75KV;
2. The temperature rise of the outlet end shall not exceed 65ºC under long-term operation under rated current of the contact box;
3. Contact box appearance and installation size are shown in the attached drawing.
