35kV 600A bushing is an electrical component composed of an insulator and a conductor. Its main function is to allow a conductor (such as a copper rod or cable) with a rated current of 600 amperes to safely pass through the grounding wall, metal enclosure or transformer oil tank, and to connect the internal and external parts of high-voltage equipment (at 35kV voltage level), while maintaining reliable insulation to the ground (enclosure). The bushing is externally mounted and clamped in place with stainless steel 4 hole mounting clamps.

Applications

1. Power Transformer:  It is designed for the termination of primary winding leads at the face plate of SF6 oil  single phase and three phase transformers and switchgear rated at 21.1kV/35kV.

2. High Voltage Switchgear: As the inlet and outlet bushings, it connects to the busbars or cables.

3. Combined Electrical Equipment (GIS): As the interface for connection with the outside.

4. Connection components for equipment such as high voltage reactors, capacitor banks, etc.
