 Internal Cone Plug-in Termination adopts a composite structure comprising a pre-molded stress cone and an epoxy bushing. A spring-loaded conical tray presses the pre-molded stress cone tightly against the conical wall of the epoxy bushing. The pre-molded stress cone is manufactured using imported silicone rubber material and advanced injection molding equipment. As a dry-type termination requiring no insulating compound, it offers easy maintenance. The product features a compact design, excellent performance, and simple installation. Product Characteristic

1.The termination employs an integrated tail pipe and spring compression mechanism that secures the stress cone against the epoxy bushing’s conical wall. This design overcomes issues such as elastic relaxation due to material aging and poor contact between the stress cone and the cable’s outer semi-conductive layer, ensuring long-term, reliable operation.

2.The entire termination is a fully dry-type structure, eliminating the need for any insulating compound. This prevents accelerated aging of the stress cone caused by immersion in such compounds, thereby extending the stress cone’s service life. It also eliminates related issues like fluid leakage during operation.
