1.Use

XL-21, XRM101 series distribution box are suitable for indoor three-phase five-wire low-voltage distribution system, rated voltage of AC 220/380V, rated current of 16A~630A and below, rated frequency of 50Hz, as the use of receiving and distributing electric energy.The product has anti-leakage, anti-surge, overload, short circuit protection and other functions.It can be used in large residential buildings, villas, office buildings and other civil buildings, shopping malls, hotels and other commercial facilities as well as industrial and mining enterprises, stadiums, hospitals, schools and other public places.

2.Conditions of use

2.1 Normal operating conditions

2.1.1 Ambient temperature: -15℃~+45℃, the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed +35℃

2.1.2 Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +45℃.At lower temperatures, greater relative humidity is allowed.For example, the relative humidity at +20℃ is 90%.However, it is considered that moderate condensation may occur accidentally due to changes in temperature.

2.1.4 Altitude: the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

2.1.5 Should be installed in the place without violent vibration and impact and insufficient to corrode electrical components.

2.2 Special conditions of use.If the distribution box is used under normal operating conditions that are different from those specified above, the user shall put forward and agree with the company when placing an order.

3. Use characteristics

XL-21, XRM101 series distribution boxes (hereinafter referred to as “distribution boxes”) are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which are welded and formed with good strength. The box body is not deformed or cracked. The metal surface is protected by electrostatic powder spraying after phosphate treatment. , Strong anti-corrosion ability. After the components are installed and assembled, they are all insulated wires or busbar wiring, and the components are connected to the mounting plate through the sliding plate guide rail. Some products can be replaced with live switches; equipped with new PE and N special terminals, the wiring is simple, safe and reliable. The box face frame adopts the form of a two-story door with better protection performance, and is an integrated extraction structure. The box surface can adopt a beveled edge frame to keep the style consistent with the company’s products, and can achieve the appearance of color registration. The component installation group is integrated with the box face frame, and the depth adjustment function is realized through the withdrawable structure. The box body can be designed with knock-out holes for incoming and outgoing lines according to user requirements.

5. Packaging, storage and transportation, installation, use and maintenance

5.1 Packaging, storage and transportation

5.1.1 The overall transportation of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the company’s “General Requirements for Packaging, Storage and Transportation”.

5.1.2 When the box core box noodle set and the box body are transported separately, the box side frames are paired back to back, and the rails of the first side frame and the second side frame support are fastened and transported by screws.

5.1.3 The distribution box should be placed in a dry and clean warehouse for safekeeping before installation.

5.2 Installation

5.2.1 Unscrew the screws in the panel before installation, remove the panel, and remove the core.

5.2.2 According to the wiring needs, open the box body to prepare for the introduction of wires.

5.2.3 Insert the threading pipe in the wall 5mm out of the box body, and insert the box body into the wall. The box cannot protrude or recess into the wall.

5.2.4 Install the core in the original position.

5.2.5 Respectively connect the power cord and the wires of the electrical equipment to the upper and lower sockets in the electrical components correctly according to the requirements, and tighten the screws to have sufficient permanent pressure.

5.2.6 The grounding should be connected reliably.

5.2.7 After installation and wiring, check whether the wiring is correct according to the system diagram.

5.2.8 Fix the panel with screws, adjust the height of the switch and the left and right positions, and try to open and close the two-layer cover plate for 2 to 4 times. The switch handle should not protrude more than 8mm from the second-layer door.

5.2.9 Check whether the switch handle operation is flexible and reliable.

5.3 Repair

5.3.1 The distribution box should be repaired by professionals.

5.3.2 When replacing the main switch, be sure to cut off the power first, but the branch switch can be replaced with power.

5.3.3 Replace the main switch:

5.3.3.1 Loosen the screw on the upper port of the main switch, and take out the switch inlet from the switch port.

5.3.3.2 Loosen all the screws at the bottom of the switch.

5.3.3.3 Loosen the mounting screws on the left side of the fixed guide cabinet by loosening the switch (do not unscrew the screws).

5.3.3.4 Push the switch up to exit the installation board.

5.3.3.5 Remove the damaged switch and replace the qualified switch.

5.3.3.6 Push the slide plate of the switch fixed guide cabinet down into place according to the original position.

5.3.3.7 Insert the power cord of the main switch into the switch hole, and tighten the screws on the upper and lower ports of the switch, which should have sufficient permanent pressure.

5.3.3.8 Tighten the screw on the left side of the switch-fixed rail slide plate, and the replacement is complete.

5.3.4 Replace branch switch

5.3.4.1 Cut off all the switches fixed together with the branch switch to be replaced.

5.3.4.2 Loosen the screw at the lower port of the branch switch to be replaced, and take out the switch outlet from the switch port.

5.3.4.3 Loosen all the screws on the upper opening of the branch switch that are fixed horizontally with the switch to be replaced.

5.3.4.4 Loosen the fixing screws on the left and right sides of the horizontal branch switch (do not unscrew the screws).

5.3.4.5 Move the branch switch mounting rail slide down and out.

5.3.4.6 Replace the corresponding branch switch.

5.3.4.7 Insert the sliding plate of the branch switch installation guide rail into the slot and push it up to the top dead center, and tighten the fixing screws on the left and right sides of the row of branch switches.

5.3.4.8 Connect the wires used by the electrical equipment to the lower ports of the switch according to the circuit diagram.

5.3.4.9 Tighten all the screws on the upper and lower ports of the switch, and there should be sufficient permanent pressure, and the branch switch is replaced.

6. Test items and test steps

6.1 General inspection

6.1.1 Appearance and structure inspection

The outer surface of the distribution box shell should generally be sprayed with a non-dazzling reflective coating, and the surface should not have defects such as blisters, cracks or flow marks; the door should be able to open and close flexibly at an angle of not less than 90°; the bus bar should be free of burrs , Hammer marks, flat contact surface, correct wiring of the main and auxiliary circuits, wire cross-section, color, signs and phase sequence should meet the requirements; signs, symbols and nameplates should be correct, clear, complete and easy to identify, and the installation location should be correct

6.1.2 Selection and installation of components

The rated voltage, rated current, service life, making and breaking capacity, short-circuit strength and installation method of the electrical components and accessories in the distribution box should be suitable for the designated purpose; the installation of electrical components and accessories should be convenient Wiring, maintenance and replacement, components that need to be adjusted and reset inside the device should be easy to operate; the colors of indicator lights, buttons and wires should meet the requirements in the drawings

6.1.3 Protection circuit continuity test

First, check whether the connection of each connection of the protection circuit is good, and then measure the resistance between the main ground terminal and any point of the protection circuit, which should be less than 0.01Ω.

6.1.4 Power-on operation test

Before the test, check the internal wiring of the device. After all the wiring is correct, the auxiliary circuit shall be operated 5 times under the conditions of 85% and 110% of the rated voltage respectively. The action display of all electrical components shall conform to the circuit diagram. Requirements, and flexible actions of various electrical components.

6.1.5 Dielectric performance test (power frequency withstand voltage test)

The test voltages between phases, relative to ground, and between auxiliary circuits and ground are the test voltage values ​​specified in the national standards. When testing live parts and external operating handles made of or covered by insulating materials, the device frame is not grounded, and the handle is wrapped with metal foil, and then 1.5 times the phase-to-phase test specified in the national standard is applied between the metal foil and the live parts.
