Shielded PT Pre-assembled Cable Kit for Reliable MV Equipment Interconnection

We are pleased to announce the official release of our Shielded PT Pre-assembled Cable Kit, an all-in-one prefabricated solution for inter-connecting transformers and switchgears in medium-voltage distribution systems.

This cable kit features a shielded Deadbreak T fore(rear) connector on one end and a PT elbow cable connector on the other, assembled with fully-shielded flexible power cable. Once installed and properly earthed, it delivers full shielding and complete sealing performance. The flexible cable allows arbitrary bending, while cable length can be fully customized to fit cabinet layout constraints and optimize on-site arrangement.

Constructed with EPR-insulated flexible cable and tin-plated copper fire-wire, the kit supports multiple connector configuration options. Designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 60502, GB/T 12706.4 and CENELEC HD 629.1, every unit undergoes AC withstand voltage and partial discharge tests prior to shipment. A unique QR-code enables full-chain traceability for consistent quality control.

Pre-assembled at factory, it cuts down on-site installation work and eliminates workmanship risks caused by field cable termination. Widely used for MV ring main units and transformer interconnection projects.
