Storage and transportation

SF6 gas density relay calibrator is a precision electronic product, should be placed in the temperature of -30 ~ 70℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 90%, and the air does not contain enough gas to cause corrosion.

The transportation of the calibration instrument should avoid violent vibration and impact, and prevent rain and snow from wetting.

Air source for calibration: Due to the requirements of the national safety supervision department, it can only be inflated at the user’s location or the test site (inflated at the professional inflation point, if there is no professional inflation conditions, it will be inflated by itself)

Ⅰ.The preparation for the experiment?

1. Check whether the battery of the instrument has electricity and should be charged in time.

2. Check whether the filter connector is complete.

3, check the gas pressure in the storage cylinder, insufficient gas, can be SF6 or N2, inflation pressure ≤1.5MPa;

 

Ⅱ. How do I inflate a storage cylinder? To what extent is appropriate?

1, the randomly configured pressure reducing valve is connected to the air source cylinder, directly connected to the storage cylinder through the randomly configured inflation pipe, slowly open the pressure reducing valve, start to inflate, can be SF6, N2 and other gases.

2, the pressure in the storage cylinder can generally be charged to 1.5MPa; You can do dozens of tests on a single charge.

 

Ⅲ. How do I print test results? Replace printer paper and ribbon?

1. When printing test results, external AC power is needed, and it can be printed directly in the history record.

2, printing paper and ribbon is the printer’s consumables, according to the use of replacement. The printer can change the paper and ribbon directly on the panel. During the replacement process, if you have any questions, you can contact the manufacturer directly.

 

Ⅳ. Is the measured value of the instrument in the test the relative pressure value? What if the test is absolutely against the pressure value density relay?

1. The pressure value tested by the calibrator is the relative pressure value. When the alarm value, locking value and pressure indication value of the verified density relay are expressed by the absolute pressure value, the absolute pressure value (MPa) should be converted into the relative pressure value by subtracting 0.1MPa.

 

Ⅴ. How does the instrument charge? How to extend battery life?

1, the instrument built-in charger, charging indicator and overcharge protection, through 220VAC±10%, the instrument is sufficient, the charging indicator is off, generally enough battery can be continuous for more than 5 hours;

2, the battery is a chemical, long time storage, require sufficient electricity, after the battery is used, please charge in time, otherwise it is easy to cause the battery life is greatly shortened.
