AHBLQ-17/50 Surge Arrester Insert

17/50kV Surge Arrester Insert is widely used on medium voltage network, such as transformers switchgears and cable and others, Used together with loadbreak cable accessories such as bushing elbow connectors and insulted protective cap.

Product structure:

1. EPDM INSULATION: unique formula and mixing technology to ensure the high quality of prefabricated EPDM insulating rubber;
2. Semi-conductive Shield: prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber meets the IEEE592 standard;
3. Surge arrester core: it is composed of zinc oxide arrester valve plate treated by special process;
4. Arc extinguishing chamber: when the cable connector is plugged and unplugged, it can effectively eliminate the impact of arc on the product;
5. Copper bottom cover: The copper bottom cover is tightly integrated with the outer conductive layer of the arrester to effectively waterproof the arrester and provide a grounding point for the arrester;
6. Grounding wire: The grounding wire that comes with the lower end of the arrester is used to effectively connect the lightning impulse voltage to the grounding position.
