1. Overview
1.2kV 417A ANSI bushing is a high-performance conductive lead-out insulation component specifically designed for low-voltage to medium-voltage power transformers, switchgear, distribution cabinets and other electrical equipment. It is mainly used to safely lead out large currents (up to 417 amperes) at a voltage level of 1.2kV, while providing reliable electrical insulation and mechanical support between the internal live conductors and the equipment enclosure (ground potential).

3. Product features
1). High current-carrying capacity: Specifically designed for a current of 417A, the conductive rod and contact structure have been optimized to ensure low resistance and low heat generation, making it suitable for long-term full-load operation.
2). Excellent insulation performance: Using high-density ceramic materials, it has high electrical strength and can effectively prevent breakdown and leakage even at a voltage of 1.2kV.
3). Strong mechanical support: The porcelain body and metal flange structure are sturdy, capable of withstanding the tension of the wire, installation stress, vibration and thermal expansion and contraction during operation.
4). Weather resistance and environmental adaptability: Suitable for indoor, outdoor, humid, dusty, temperature-varying and other environments, with good anti-aging and anti-corrosion capabilities.
5). American standard design compatibility: The flange structure, installation dimensions, electrical compatibility, etc. comply with common standards in the North American market, facilitating connection with transformers, switches, distribution cabinets and other equipment.
6). Flexible customization: Different flange standards (ANSI, DIN, etc.), conductive rod specifications, porcelain sleeve length, installation methods, coating protection, etc. can be provided according to user requirements.
